As Tech Lead I was responsible for the overall performance of the website including:

1. Uptime
2. Response Times
3. Order Fulfillment

I was the main technical point of contact for the client. I helped them to solution new features and to provide time and effort estimations for completing those features.

If the client decided to move forward with the development of a feature I was responsible for decomposing the solution into stories and managing their completion by the development team.

During my time on the project the client saw excellent growth and had a very successful holiday season.
